I’m not sure if you know this about me but… I LOVE New Year’s Goals & Resolutions! But I also really love sticking to them and creating a lifestyle that supports them. So this year I decided to create goals in tandem with practical applications to help me stay focused… and I hope these ideas can help you, too!
So without further ado, here are my 2019 goals & daily practices to achieve them!
GAIN CONFIDENCE IN WHO THE LORD SAYS I AM.
This year my word is CONFIDENCE. Not confidence in myself alone, but confidence in who the Lord is calling me to be and who He says that I am. I want to be lovingly bold. I’m inspired by 2 Timothy 1:7… “For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.”
Practical Application: write down a daily verse or idea during my morning quiet time and pray on it throughout the day. Leave it on my desk as a reminder!
Stay consistent at my target weight, tone up, feel healthy and abolish migraines!
Practical Applications: 30 minutes of exercise a day (increase as my migraines let me), try one new healthy meal a week, meal plan, practice portion control, take daily vitamins to combat migraines, always be trying one thing to fight migraines.
Launch Toews Digital’s Online store (just did this one yesterday!!), meet internal sales goals, and meet Toews Digital’s internal client growth goals.
Practical Applications: attend weekly networking events, daily social media outreach from Toews Digital accounts, weekly sales calls, and email/blog marketing campaigns!
