One of the hardest things about working out is knowing where to start. We often feel we must have a gym membership (that we can’t afford) or a class to go to… but the majority of the time those “reasons” are just excuses. Other times, we think that we HAVE to workout for an hour or more for it to be worth anything.
That way of thinking usually stops you before you ever start. So I’m going to make it easy for you. Here are 5 quick and easy workouts that you can do at home!
1. BEGINNER YOGA
I love all of Tara’s workouts! They’re all pretty short but definitely leave you feeling like you accomplished something!
2. 5 MINUTE YOGA
Get up 15 minutes earlier than usual and just WALK around your neighborhood. It’s OK to start out slow. You can build up to a run.
